Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects focused on subscription management and payment processing platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables for Zuora and Adyen implementations.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Zuora and Adyen integrations with existing systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and finance teams to define technical specifications and gather requirements.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and recommend functional improvements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and data security compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Hands-on experience managing projects involving Zuora systems.
• Hands-on experience managing projects involving Adyen systems.
• Deep understanding of subscription billing workflows and payment processing platforms.
• Experience managing API integrations and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS industries.
• Knowledge of Python, Java, or database systems.
