You will lead technical initiatives focused on billing systems and financial technology integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the integration, optimization, and delivery of critical billing functions.
• Manage complex technical programs using agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee Zuora subscription management, including billing cycles, pricing models, and revenue recognition.
• Direct payment processing workflows involving Adyen or similar platforms, including reconciliation and fraud prevention.
• Communicate complex system architectures, APIs, and data flows to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technical role.
• Deep expertise in Zuora for subscription billing and management.
• Hands-on experience with Adyen or similar payment processing platforms and gateways.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and complex data integrations.
• Proven ability to design scalable solutions for billing and payment problems.
• Experience managing large-scale, high-volume financial systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Zuora Certifications, such as Zuora Billing or Zuora CPQ.
• Experience within the telecommunications or fiber network industry.
