Description

You will lead the delivery of complex global projects focused on digital platforms, frontend applications, and ecommerce development.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of global delivery teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain project deliverables including charters, budgets, risk logs, dashboards, and status reports.
• Drive Agile and Kanban practices, including sprint management and backlog grooming for distributed teams.
• Identify project risks and blockers, developing mitigation plans to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage project scope and change control processes to keep projects on track and within budget.

Required Skills

• 15–18 years of experience managing complex projects in ecommerce, digital platforms, or frontend applications.
• Technical background in frontend development to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing Jira or Azure DevOps environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale digital platform projects and global delivery models.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities.
• Ability to manage project documentation and reporting to internal and client stakeholders.
