You will manage software execution, track progress toward technical milestones, and lead cross-functional delivery efforts.

Responsibilities

• Execute project plans and track progress toward software milestones across engineering teams.
• Manage day-to-day task tracking and lead team stand-ups to maintain velocity.
• Maintain accurate project schedules, documentation, and tracking tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Facilitate software release cadences, integration timelines, and Agile ceremonies.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks, blockers, and resource gaps to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Proven experience managing software or embedded systems programs.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience building and reporting on project status dashboards and key metrics.
• Ability to manage dependencies and collaborate with global stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with embedded systems, automotive software, or platform-level development.
