Description

You own the execution of complex hardware and software development programs from inception through mass production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Achieve project objectives regarding schedule, specification, budget, and quality delivery.
• Maintain and track formal project plans, including schedules and deliverables from EE, ME, ID, FW, and other teams.
• Communicate engineering requirements, specifications, project schedules, and budget constraints across cross-functional teams.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, reporting, and escalation.
• Serve as the primary interface with manufacturing partners, establishing schedules, financial parameters, and technical requirements from project initiation to launch.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant technical program management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing hardware/software tool procurement and vendor relationships.
• Ability to administer formal review processes to validate development phase completion.
• Experience supporting Test/Assembly processes, including test code verification and bug reporting.
• Familiarity with SoC silicon vendor engagement for technical support.
• Experience in design review, DFM, and DV plan execution with manufacturing teams.
• Strong background in Electrical Engineering principles.
• Experience with Program Management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related engineering field.
• Experience with ECU hardware development.
