8+ years of experience driving strategic technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical trade-off discussions and fit-gap analysis to reach project closure.
• Define and decompose ambiguous, complex business problems into actionable technical requirements.
• Develop and evolve program management frameworks and operational practices.
• Drive cross-system process automation and integrations across business-critical workflows.
• Influence executive leadership through authoritative communication of complex technical ideas.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in strategic technical program management.
• Deep expertise in Business Platforms, Enterprise Systems, or cross-system process automation.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at the VP level and above.
• Experience with fit-gap analysis and technical design leadership.
• Strong ability to navigate and solve complex, ambiguous business problems.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading Quote-to-Cash (Deal Operations) initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or adjacent enterprise systems and integrations.
• Background in SaaS, B2B, or the enterprise software industry.
