Drive project execution and cross-functional coordination for technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate work across XFN teams to ensure alignment.
• Identify potential problems and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project progress, status, and workload to stakeholders.
• Gather and manage necessary information to generate or update project documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program management.
• Deep experience working within the telecom domain.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional (XFN) dependencies.
• Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Experience tracking progress against project goals and timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
