Description

You will manage end-to-end execution for customer forums and executive events while building scalable feedback loops between Product, Engineering, and Account teams. You will define repeatable processes to optimize collaboration and remove operational blockers across cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and execution for virtual customer forums and annual in-person executive events, including attendee tracking and real-time host support.
• Build workflows to track top-account feature requests and ensure critical enterprise feedback is prioritized for roadmap planning.
• Identify risks, clear blockers, and track dependencies to keep cross-functional teams aligned on milestones across multiple time zones.
• Design, document, and roll out repeatable processes to improve collaboration between internal R&D and customer-facing teams.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to boost day-to-day operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical program management, project management, or operational experience in software organizations.
• Proven track record of defining workflows and cascading processes across organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or equivalent workflow tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive issue resolution skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and automation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
