Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and run the operations program governance framework including program charter, success metrics, cadence design, and escalation pathways.
• Build and govern senior stakeholder alignment by establishing structured engagement with Infrastructure Operations and Data Center Engineering leadership.
• Govern cross-functional coordination by aligning engineering, business operations, continuous improvement, analytics, and partner engineering teams around shared program commitments.
• Drive engineering bandwidth optimization by assuming full ownership of all program execution activities and freeing lead engineers to focus on technical strategy.
• Author and present executive communications including strategic narratives, business review program updates, root cause analyses, and VP-level findings presentations.
• Govern the program dashboard and metrics by maintaining a single source of truth for program health and publishing to senior leadership regularly.
• Drive continuous improvement and program innovation by running post-review pulse surveys, synthesizing lessons learned, and leading automation initiatives.
• Govern assurance checklist evolution by analyzing finding patterns, stakeholder feedback, and evolving data center operational standards to drive structural updates.
• Build program management capability by maintaining comprehensive governance documentation and mentoring TPM community practices across the Infrastructure Operations function
