Description

Lead cross-platform coordination, communication, tracking, and reporting for the Cloud Maturation Program across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and bridge communications between multiple IT teams to meet project objectives.
• Track and report project status, including progress, risks, issues, and roadblocks, to senior management.
• Support teams transitioning to DevOps methodologies and toolsets within cloud environments.
• Ensure cloud resources comply with infrastructure and security standards and meet operational requirements.
• Maintain high work standards regarding incident and change management tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager delivering IT infrastructure and cloud projects.
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud providers including AWS, Azure, and GCP in an enterprise setting.
• 3+ years of exposure to DevOps toolsets such as Chef, Terraform Enterprise, Jira, Confluence, Git, Vault, and Slack.
• 3+ years of exposure to serverless technologies including k8s, GKE, EKS, Lambda, and RDS.
• Experience running simultaneous, multi-track, multi-organizational, and interdependent programs.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, Spinnaker, Octopus, CodeDeploy, or Automate.
• Knowledge of cloud design concepts including High Availability (HA), Elastic Load Balancing (ELB), Resiliency, and Virtual Networking.
• Solid grasp of version control and release management using Git (GitHub, SVN, or Bitbucket).
• BA or BS degree in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• MCSE, AWS, GCP, or UNIX certifications.
