ReignMark Consulting Services is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in .NET development, AWS cloud migration, Agile/SAFe, and enterprise release management.

Key Requirements
15+ years of overall IT experience
8+ years of hands-on .NET software development
5+ years of Technical Program Management / Cloud Program Management
5+ years of AWS Cloud Migration experience
5+ years of Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery
5+ years of Enterprise Release Management

AWS Cloud Migration Experience
Candidates should have hands-on experience leading large-scale AWS migration programs, including:
AWS Landing Zones and account migrations
VPC, IAM and RDS
Re-hosting, re-platforming and application modernization
Application remediation and data migration
Cloud cutover and stabilization
Production deployments and post-release support

Program & Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end AWS migration programs from discovery through stabilization
Manage cross-functional engineering, infrastructure, security, product and business teams
Drive program governance, schedules, risks and dependencies
Lead Scrum teams and Agile ceremonies
Partner with Product Owners, architects and business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans
Manage release planning, change controls, deployment readiness and production cutovers
Track KPIs, cloud readiness, migration progress and delivery performance
Provide executive communication and reporting
