Description

Own strategic operations and governance for IT infrastructure deployed at Customer Contract Manufacturer (CM) factory sites. Define scalable governance frameworks to reduce manual site builds and drive standardization. Establish operational processes for intake, change governance, incident reporting, and escalation paths. Build a centralized view of CM site health using metrics and Tableau dashboards to surface latency, outages, and security risks. Partner with engineering to enable automated, standards-based network deployments. Drive audit-ready governance by defining controls and publishing recurring operational reviews.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement scalable governance frameworks for global CM site deployments.
• Establish and maintain operational processes including change governance and runbooks.
• Build centralized health views using Tableau dashboards and telemetry data.
• Partner with engineering to enable automated network deployments and validation checks.
• Drive audit-ready governance and publish recurring operational reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in sophisticated IT and Operations.
• Strong networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing/switching.
• Familiarity with VPN/SD-WAN and DNS/DHCP protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring and observability tooling (Splunk/ELK, Grafana, ThousandEyes).
• Strong familiarity with Tableau and data modeling concepts.
• Ability to translate raw signals into actionable insights and heatmaps.
• BS/MS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow (or similar ITSM) experience.
• Experience handling large, visible manufacturing operations functions.
