Description

Drive complex technical programs by coordinating between product managers, software development managers, developers, and senior leadership. Define roadmap deliverables, develop detailed execution plans, and align cross-team dependencies to track progress toward milestones.

Required Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems.
• 3+ years of experience in a formal project management role.
• Experience working with software development managers and engineering teams.
• Strong technical background and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile or Scrum software development environments.
