You will manage complex identity and access management programs from inception through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery, classification, and onboarding of service accounts into PAM tools, enforcing policy and scoring risk.
• Lead the cleanup and rationalization of Active Directory, Azure, and Entra ID security groups, defining ownership and entitlement standards.
• Oversee the rollout of Duo MFA across applications and endpoints, managing phased deployment and exceptions.
• Run daily standups, maintain Jira boards, and track burndown to ensure timely delivery of IAM roadmap objectives using Agile/Kanban.
• Develop executive and operational dashboards tracking risk reduction, entitlement health, and identity hygiene.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of TPM experience in infrastructure or cybersecurity programs.
• Deep familiarity with IAM concepts: RBAC, PAM, MFA, non-human identities, and access governance.
• Strong command of data analytics, metrics storytelling, and dashboard creation using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and DAX.
• Experience working under regulatory frameworks such as NIST or TSA mandates.
• Familiarity with tools including SailPoint (IIQ or IDN), BeyondTrust, Duo, and Azure Entra.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma thinking to optimize IAM lifecycle standardization.
