Description

You will manage the end-to-end development process for projects, from concept through to production, acting as Scrum Master and removing roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, planning, stand-ups, and ceremonies.
• Resolve workflow, resource, process, and technical roadblocks.
• Report project health, status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Adjust project plans with Product and Engineering teams as priorities change.
• Define and enforce TPM standards and tooling.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of tech industry experience as a Software TPM or Software Engineer/Manager.
• Proven track record leading complex projects.
• Experience running Agile projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and other project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences.
• Experience with Technical Program Manager and Product Manager workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI/ML or Big Data.
• Prior experience using KPIs and metrics to optimize business value.
