Drive complex technical programs by coordinating product, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver roadmap milestones.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap deliverables and develop detailed execution plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on deliverables and track progress.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and anticipate technical risks.
• Escalate issues to senior leadership and make trade-off decisions balancing business and technical constraints.

Required Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems.
• 3+ years of experience in a formal project management role.
• Experience working with software development managers and engineering teams.
• Strong technical background and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile or Scrum software development environments.
