Description

You will drive program management for digital engineering initiatives, with a heavy focus on mobile development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, report, and control all aspects of program management across multiple teams.
• Drive work from estimation through post-production support.
• Lead initiatives as a self-starter while collaborating within the TPM team.
• Partner with product managers, engineering managers, tech leads, and engineers.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• 10-15 years of overall experience supporting Software Development.
• 3-4 years in Digital, specifically mobile.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC using Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly learn telemetry and observability tools like New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, and Quantum Metric.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
