Description

You will own and manage the governance layer for a complex SAP S/4HANA program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enforce program cadence, milestones, dependencies, and RAID discipline.
• Drive financial governance, including budget, forecast, and change control.
• Partner with C-level executives and senior leadership to drive decisions and accountability.
• Deliver executive reporting to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Ensure ERP delivery aligns with real automotive manufacturing operations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in management consulting, PMO leadership, or enterprise program management.
• Proven program-level leadership experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• High-level understanding of Order-to-Cash, Services, and Manufacturing processes.
• Experience in the Automotive or complex Manufacturing industry.
• Strong executive presence in high-pressure environments.
• Experience owning and running a PMO.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex ERP implementations in automotive manufacturing.
