Description

Plan and coordinate internal information system projects from initiation to delivery, including network, server, software implementation, and data center infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, manage implementation processes, and ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints.
• Verify quality of data center audits, identify issues, and recommend subsequent tasks to improve audit objectives.
• Coordinate work among IT staff and internal customers by defining project requirements and performing feasibility assessments.
• Create and maintain project schedules, status reports, technical documentation, process workflows, and SOPs.
• Assist in creating project proposals and statements of work (SOW) while providing weekly project updates.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant work experience in data center environments.
• Hands-on experience with break-fix tickets and performing data center audits.
• Proficiency in formulating technical documentation, process workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Strong skills in data normalization, data interpretation, and analysis using Excel templates.
• Ability to manage resource allocation, progress tracking, and change control processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively update project teams and stakeholders.
• Capability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and manage high-pressure situations with short timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in PC deployment and data center infrastructure management.
• Strong collaborative mindset with proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
