Description

Manage Agile delivery for multi-million-dollar healthcare technology implementations, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
• Identify problem areas in engineering processes and resolve technical issues.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Establish and track KPIs to provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related domain.
• Proven experience managing technical programs within a platform or infrastructure environment.
• Deep understanding of system architecture and engineering principles.
• Expertise in end-to-end project management, including scope, planning, and integration.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
