You will manage complex technical programs by balancing business requirements against technical constraints and engineering capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own program success by developing and managing partner relationships to expand impact.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery by breaking down ambiguous science and engineering goals into manageable milestones.
• Write functional specifications, create system designs, and solve complex technical problems across multiple teams.
• Manage communication for project delivery, including review documents, newsletters, and wiki development for senior leadership.
• Control resource allocation across technical teams to maintain a balanced program roadmap.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience working specifically with software engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience working in an agile or scrum environment.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Proficiency in escalation management and technical program management.
• Ability to develop functional and technical user stories.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of program management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
