You will lead the end-to-end delivery of RPA and custom software solutions for global clients.
Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of RPA programs from initiation through implementation and release.
Define program vision and automation value in collaboration with client leaders and account teams.
Manage project scope, dependencies, and risks using formal registries to ensure mitigation.
Coordinate internal resources and external subcontractors to ensure availability and successful delivery.
Develop detailed workstream plans, including scope, change, and release management.
Conduct program status meetings and report on progress, resource utilization, and incurred costs.
Handle people management duties including hiring, goal setting, performance reviews, and capacity planning.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in client-facing technology projects, specifically in RPA/AI roles within a Global System Integrator, Big 4, or equivalent consulting practice.
3+ years of experience in people management.
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, and hybrid methodologies.
Experience with continuous integration and managing release schedules on a global scale.
Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Open Span.
Strong analytical skills using data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and adapt plans to changing workstream patterns.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
