Description

Lead technical programs from scope definition through to successful delivery across global teams.

You will own the release pipeline and coordinate feature delivery. Manage user stories and defects through agile monthly sprint processes, including backlog prioritization, scrum meetings, and Dev/QA assignments. Drive crew coordination and assist with roadmap and release planning. Oversee execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment across distributed teams in the USA, Europe, and India. Facilitate technical decision-making and problem-solving to maintain quality, security, and content protection standards. Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities directly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as a Program Manager.
• At least 2 years of experience as an engineer in a technical domain.
• Experience in the Embedded domain, preferably within Video or Broadband.
• Proficiency with Jira dashboarding and Confluence.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Smartsheet.
• Expertise in MS Office.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance competing priorities.
• Strong technical background capable of guiding complex initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
