Description

You will lead technical programs from requirement definition through to delivery across distributed global teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive user stories and defects through agile monthly sprint processes, including backlog prioritization and Dev/QA assignments.
• Own feature delivery, roadmap development, and release planning to align with global product strategies.
• Oversee execution of key initiatives across teams in the USA, Europe, and India.
• Manage technical decision-making and problem-solving to ensure quality, security, and content protection.
• Identify process optimizations to drive operational excellence within the team.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as a Program Manager.
• 2 years of prior engineering experience in a technical domain.
• Strong technical background capable of guiding complex initiatives.
• Experience in the Embedded domain, preferably within Video or Broadband.
• Proficiency with Jira dashboarding, Confluence, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
• Expertise in MS Office.
• Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
• BS or MS degree or equivalent practical experience.
