Description

You will manage complex software development programs across multiple client sites and global teams, ensuring smooth project execution and closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams at multiple client locations to ensure smooth project execution, acceptance, and closure of all actions.
• Communicate development strategies, plans, and project status through weekly and quarterly reviews to client management.
• Monitor project health and quality using JIRA, implementing corrective actions as required.
• Track technical dependencies, risks, and project actions to successful closure.
• Collaborate with account executives and sales functions to identify new opportunities and define contract scopes or SOWs.

Required Skills

• 10-14 years of experience in software development technologies including AWS, Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Angular.
• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Deep understanding of Linux (Ubuntu 22+), device connectivity (Ethernet, USB, Wi-Fi), and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to manage projects within Agile environments.
• Expertise in using JIRA for project monitoring and tracking.
• Experience collaborating across global teams, including India and Portugal.
• Ability to explain complex software systems and technical risks to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or similar education.
