Description

You will manage the scope and delivery of technical programs defined by product and business requirements, including budget oversight. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, build detailed program plans, and track progress against key milestones. Your role involves identifying critical paths and managing risks to ensure successful project delivery while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical program scope, including budget management and business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional team involvement and participate in key planning milestones.
• Build comprehensive program plans and maintain detailed records to track progress.
• Identify, analyze, and manage critical paths and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate updates on major milestones and ensure stakeholders are informed.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management or a combination of TPM and engineering roles.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical initiatives.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, ideally in a DevOps environment.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage budgets and critical paths effectively.
