Description

You drive complex technology initiatives across multiple teams, managing risks and ensuring SDLC compliance while partnering with product management to define platform roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate, track, and resolve risks and impediments affecting delivery across teams.
• Manage risks from initial identification through to final resolution.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards.
• Partner with Product Management to define roadmaps for platform capabilities.
• Provide executive-level updates on program health to key leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs.
• Experience leading Agile, Scrum, or rapid application development teams.
• Demonstrated ability to clarify objectives and navigate ambiguity.
• Deep understanding of software design principles.
• Familiarity with SDLC standards and processes.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience mentoring Technical Project Managers and Agile Champions.
