Description

Lead end-to-end project management for complex enterprise IT programs, driving scope, schedule, resources, risks, and delivery outcomes across multiple systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-team coordination across IT functional leads, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure aligned execution.
• Establish integrated project plans with dependency tracking, milestone alignment, and escalation management.
• Oversee system integration activities, including sequencing, testing, and validation across PLM, ERP, CAD, labeling, and regulatory systems.
• Coordinate data migration strategy and execution, covering data mapping, cleansing, validation, and timing alignment.
• Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and resource allocation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong enterprise IT project/program management experience.
• Expertise in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of data migration, data structures, and system integrations.
• Experience with CMDB, PLM, ERP, and complex multi-system environments.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
• Experience with governance frameworks, PMO processes, and structured delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical execution.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and executive reporting skills, including steering committee engagement.
• Ability to operate in high ambiguity environments and bring structure to complex evolving programs.
