You will lead cross-functional technology programs and drive the delivery of critical business initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical programs by creating structures and ensuring alignment across teams to meet engineering objectives.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams to design, coordinate, and launch new capabilities.
• Coordinate launch planning to synchronize program milestones across multiple workflows into a unified timeline.
• Develop and execute scalable cross-organization processes, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs.
• Assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage issue escalation while collaborating with Product Management on technical tradeoffs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of progressive experience, including 8+ years in software development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology programs with engineering teams.
• Proven track record managing large, customer-facing, cross-functional program initiatives.
• Ability to lead technical roadmap development with a focus on execution and accountability.
• Experience influencing and collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing the delivery of SDKs, CX Frameworks, and SaaS products.
• Experience with GenAI, machine learning, and public cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience in the financial and banking industry or leading engineering teams in product-driven companies.
