Description

You will lead complex IT initiatives and provide technical leadership for large-scale transformation projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as Solution Delivery Architect for IT transformation projects, managing the transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of SD-WAN solutions across hundreds of locations, including hardware, circuit delivery, MPLS, and broadband services.
• Direct technical teams in deploying hosted voice and contact center solutions globally across multiple data centers.
• Chair Design Review Boards to control program changes and minimize rework delays.
• Develop technical and project plans to manage scope and align customer expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or network engineering.
• Deep expertise in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and Network Design.
• Hands-on experience with VoIP and Unified Communications.
• Proven track record with SD-WAN deployments and broadband aggregation.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• Experience managing IT transformations, disaster recovery planning, and managed services.
• Background working with Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, banking, telecom, or retail.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders.
