Description

You will define technical requirements for accessibility solutions and drive their execution in operational environments. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of accessibility solutions using appropriate technology, product standards, and processes.
• Maintain global standard practice for technical accessibility consultations and audits of production environments.
• Establish direct authority over technical teams working on operational technologies.
• Develop business reporting and dashboards for senior management based on data comparison.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into technical and product requirements with a customer-first mindset.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of program management experience with stakeholder handling.
• Technical knowledge of Cyber security, Modernization implementation, and threat mitigation planning.
• Experience with ITIL and CSM implementation.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of healthcare domains.
• Proficiency in Agile principle models.
• Familiarity with Finance/healthcare domain knowledge and budget planning.
• Experience with Data Engineer and Technical Project Manager functions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016.
