Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and manage end-to-end project schedules.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, drive, and document complex technical programs.
• Contribute to design and architecture discussions and documentation.
• Define program goals using data-focused analysis and manage stakeholder dependencies.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in program or project management.
• Technical background in full stack development.
• Experience with Java.
• Experience with Azure.
• Ability to manage complex technical dependencies and escalate risks.
• Strong presentation skills for communicating with large stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to drive prioritization between product and engineering teams.
