Key Responsibilities

• Develop effective project plans with detailed milestones, tasks, and activities in collaboration with IT and stakeholders
• Review architectural documents, manage system dependencies, and ensure solutions are scalable and resilient
• Coordinate multiple project activities across teams to ensure adherence to plans and goals
• Report status and risks regularly to the Project Management team and stakeholders
• Collaborate with agency business leaders to develop and maintain release schedules
• Prepare and execute quality control, risk management, change management, and testing plans
• Manage scope and change control processes; prepare remediation plans
• Translate technical concepts and plans for both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience; minimum 8 years managing projects end-to-end
• Minimum 5 years managing large-scale enterprise-wide IT projects
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
• Experience preparing project documentation: requirements, status reports, work breakdown structures

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification highly desirable
• Experience delivering Vulnerability Risk Remediation and Tech Stack upgrade projects
• Knowledge of Government Security standards and regulatory requirements
• Strong cross-functional leadership in matrix environments
