Description

You will lead complex IT program delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, resilient solutions meet business goals.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans with milestones, tasks, and activities in collaboration with IT and stakeholders.
• Review architectural documents and manage system dependencies to ensure solution scalability.
• Coordinate multiple project activities across teams to maintain adherence to plans and goals.
• Prepare and execute quality control, risk management, change management, and testing plans.
• Translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 8 years managing projects end-to-end.
• Minimum 5 years managing large-scale enterprise-wide IT projects.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Experience preparing project documentation including requirements, status reports, and work breakdown structures.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification.
• Experience delivering Vulnerability Risk Remediation and Tech Stack upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of Government Security standards and regulatory requirements.
