Description

Own enterprise IT project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient solutions on schedule.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and activities in collaboration with IT and stakeholders.
• Review architectural documents, manage system dependencies, and ensure solution scalability.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams to maintain adherence to project plans, quality control, and risk management strategies.
• Report status, risks, and change control processes regularly to the Project Management team and business leaders.
• Define project objectives, strategize with key stakeholders, and maintain project tracking dashboards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years in a project manager role.
• 5+ years managing large-scale enterprise-wide IT projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and similar project management tools.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Knowledge of government security standards and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or similar certification.
• Experience delivering Vulnerability Risk Remediation or Tech Stack upgrade projects.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects at various stages with competing priorities.
