Description

Lead and oversee large-scale, complex enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and project managers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure program milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Manage program governance, budget, and reporting to executive leadership.
• Act as the primary orchestrator for interconnected workstreams, ensuring seamless integration and communication.
• Utilize Jira as the central platform for managing workflows, reporting, and tracking progress.
• Drive accountability and manage multiple priorities effectively while operating independently.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, IT Delivery, or Enterprise Transformation.
• Advanced Jira expertise, with a proven track record as a power user.
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale, complex enterprise programs.
