Description

You own the execution and strategy for complex technical programs in display and optics development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research, engineering, and business teams to define roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with technical leads to develop program strategies, prioritize tasks, and achieve OKRs.
• Deliver programs within defined scope, quality, time, and budget while managing moderate risk factors.
• Lead strategic planning, interact with executives, and resolve complex issues across organizational levels.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, including partners and contractors, to deliver system enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• Proven experience driving programs in research or advanced technology environments.
• Expertise in Project Management, Leadership, and Dependency Management.
• Experience managing external technical engagements with industry or academic partners.
• Knowledge of display/optics development, manufacturing processes, and systems architecture.
• Experience with organizational management, budget oversight, and headcount planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Display, Systems Engineering, Imaging Science, Electronics, Optics, Physics, or a related field.
• Ability to support weekly evening calls with Asia-based vendors.
