Description

Lead large-scale retail technical projects from inception to completion, owning end-to-end delivery and execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for technical initiatives, defining milestones and resource requirements.
• Track execution progress and maintain accountability for all project deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members on development and support processes.
• Manage complex technical lifecycles using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience in software development or technical program management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Program Management and Project Management.
• Direct experience working within the Retail industry.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage complex technical lifecycles and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience defining resource requirements and tracking execution progress.
