Description

Lead cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle, bridging technical execution with stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, define milestones, and coordinate resources for timely delivery.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead developers, engineers, and QA testers using Agile methodologies to drive progress.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Analyze data, metrics, and trends to drive process improvements and informed decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including database design, querying, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Experience designing and managing RESTful APIs and implementing API security best practices.
• Practical knowledge of Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with .NET development, specifically ASP.NET Core, MVC, and WebAPI.
• Proficiency in C# programming and object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience with Angular framework, TypeScript, components, and routing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools including PowerBI or Tableau.
