You will own program business and technical outcomes end-to-end, ensuring direct measurable business impact.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cross-functional teams to deliver quality and impactful business or technical outcomes.
• Measure quantifiable impact of implemented outcomes and create defined KPIs for execution and improvement.
• Enable structure and clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, driving decisions and mitigating risks.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the solution, identifying and removing upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Act as a force multiplier by mentoring TPMs, introducing scalable processes, and driving organizational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience driving strategic technical initiatives across multiple functions.
• VP+ experience with program management frameworks and practices.
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure, Security, and/or Business domains.
• Experience in Fit Gap Analysis and leading design and technical trade-off conversations to closure.
• Advanced ability to define and break down ambiguous and complex business problems.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the enterprise software industry, with SaaS and B2B experience.
