Description

Drive end-to-end program execution by leading project managers and managing multiple concurrent projects to completion within budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of program scope, objectives, and success metrics while overseeing timelines, quality, and operations.
• Manage cross-functional and multi-vendor teams using Agile principles to drive application development.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, SteerCo, OpCo, and Scrum of Scrums meetings to address risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Develop program and project plans encompassing scope, schedule, cost, risk management, and staffing.
• Provide metric-driven reports and status updates to sponsors, stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical knowledge of Web Development, applications development, and Cloud applications.
• Advanced proficiency in ADO, SharePoint, Jira, and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Proven experience managing budgets across multiple projects.
• Ability to manage critical path dependencies and resource requirements.
• Experience with release planning, annual operational planning, and investment prioritization.
