Description

You will lead complex technical projects from conception through to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage risks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project blockers.
• Facilitate quarterly planning processes and coordinate cross-team dependencies for strategic task management.
• Drive continuous integration and delivery by managing impediments and promoting cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee project quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Smartsheet.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and promoting agile principles.
• Strong background in resource coordination and efficient allocation.
• Experience in vendor management and selection.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to synchronize multiple agile teams toward common program goals.
• Skill in providing effective status reporting at multiple organizational levels.
