Description

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional data engineering programs, translating high-level objectives into actionable plans and managing distributed team dependencies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of technical initiatives, ruthlessly prioritizing the backlog to ensure focus on critical-path items that drive business value.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, while managing intake of ad-hoc items alongside major initiatives.
• Identify technical risks such as architectural debt or integration issues early by leveraging deep familiarity with data architecture and system designs.
• Proactively document risks and dependencies, developing and executing detailed mitigation plans before they escalate into crises.
• Monitor incoming request queues, surfacing new items to engineering to ensure they are tracked, estimated, and prioritized effectively.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or Software Engineering.
• Proven experience serving as a TPM or Scrum Master specifically within a Data Engineering department.
• Strong understanding of program management frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Expertise in Jira administration and workflow management.
• Proven ability to manage dependency management and risk management for complex programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder coordination, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate).
