Description

You will coordinate complex projects for the Enterprise Technology team, focusing on Data Lake build-out, Snowflake to Databricks migration, MDM, Key Metrics, and Data Governance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects from kick-off to closure, ensuring execution, communication, and change management.
• Improve cohesion between Enterprise Technology pillars and stakeholders by evolving methodologies, execution models, and information tracking processes.
• Coordinate shared resources, common activities, and dependencies across multiple projects to ensure alignment.
• Organize project teams, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and hold teams accountable for deliverables.
• Proactively detect misalignment and risks, gaining consensus on actions to mitigate negative impacts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in senior project or program management, leading complex projects in Business Intelligence, Sales, or Customer Success.
• Proficiency in project management across agile, scrum, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with Data Integrations, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence technologies including Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, Redshift, Postgres, and Informatica.
• Competence in CRM platforms like Salesforce.com and supporting peripheral applications.
• Solid grasp of the SaaS business model and full lead lifecycle.
• Experience in Data Governance within publicly-traded companies.
• Proficiency in balancing program workloads and staffing to align with organizational priorities.
