Description

Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale GCP modernization programs, managing cross-functional workstreams, vendor partners, and executive stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Steerco decks, weekly program health scorecards, and executive summaries with RAG status across scope, schedule, quality, and resources.
• Track actuals vs. plan against the approved AOP budget, flag variances, and manage project forecasts in PM systems.
• Drive agile planning cadence, sprint/release coordination, and milestone gate reviews with clear Go/No-Go criteria.
• Own the RAID management process, including risk registers, issue logs, and escalation paths, ensuring resolution within 48 hours.
• Facilitate inter-program integration, maintaining dependency registers and leading cross-program governance forums.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management leading complex technology programs from conception to completion.
• Proven experience supporting GCP-based modernization programs, including data, AI/ML, or infrastructure workstreams.
• Strong Tech Ops background with familiarity in infrastructure operations and platform provisioning.
• Expertise in RAID management, program governance frameworks, and executive-level reporting.
• Proficiency in program management tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
• Experience managing budgets, AOP/financial tracking, and resource actualization.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills up to the C-suite level.
• Hands-on experience driving agile delivery across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP services including BigQuery, Looker, Spanner, Kong AI Gateway, or GML frameworks.
