You will manage technical programs and operational workflows across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring smooth delivery through Agile and SAFe methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects for multiple Scrum teams to maintain delivery velocity.
• Drive program execution and track progress using Jira and Confluence.
• Facilitate communication between engineering stakeholders through clear written and verbal updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical program management role.
• Strong engineering background with ability to understand technical constraints.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Ability to manage complex operations across multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
