Description

You will own the execution and strategic alignment of large-scale CRM initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define future state solutions for Marketing & Sales processes using CRM Dynamics.
• Drive product vision by collaborating with architecture, design, and engineering teams to deliver the roadmap.
• Lead planning, documentation, and delivery of run-the-business requirements and major technology initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, collecting defects and enhancement requests to support release planning.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers and define acceptance criteria with Quality Engineering.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of product management experience launching global, large-scale technology solutions with change management.
• Technical understanding of Marketing and Sales processes within CRM technologies like MSFT Dynamics.
• Solid experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in new projects with general mentorship.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to advocate programs to customers and/or internal teams.
• Strong influencing skills to motivate without direct authority.
• Excellent conflict-resolution management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in change management for large-scale technology solutions.
