Product & AI Strategy

• Partner with business and product leadership to define product vision, objectives, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Translate customer and business problems into clear product requirements and executable technical initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML and Generative AI to improve products, workflows, automation, and customer experiences.
• Evaluate AI use cases based on business value, technical feasibility, data availability, risk, and time-to-market.
• Define MVPs and phased product releases while balancing speed, quality, scalability, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and technical leaders to prioritize features and maintain a clear product roadmap.

Technical Program Leadership

• Lead complex, cross-functional AI product initiatives from conception through production.
• Develop program plans, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, risks, and success criteria.
• Drive execution across Engineering, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, Security, and business teams.
• Establish program governance, operating rhythms, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Identify and proactively resolve cross-team dependencies, technical risks, and delivery blockers.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining focus on business outcomes.

AI Product Delivery

• Work closely with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to translate product requirements into AI solution requirements.
• Understand and effectively communicate concepts such as:
  • LLMs and Generative AI
  • RAG and vector databases
  • AI agents and agentic workflows
  • Prompt engineering
  • Model evaluation and benchmarking
  • AI/ML pipelines
  • Data quality and governance
  • Human-in-the-loop workflows
  • AI safety, security, and responsible AI
• Establish appropriate metrics for AI-enabled products, including accuracy, relevance, hallucination rates, latency, cost, adoption, and business impact.
• Coordinate experimentation, pilots, MVPs, productionization, and ongoing optimization of AI capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready.
