Lead large-scale engineering programs across software, hardware, and systems teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and software development programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Software, Hardware, Systems, and Product Engineering.
• Apply Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies to drive program execution and risk management.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and resolve technical dependencies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale engineering programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Background in Automotive, Autonomous Vehicles (ADAS/AV), or Aerospace industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies, distributed systems, or embedded software projects.
