Description

You will lead enterprise ERP and Supply Chain transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project resources and optimize utilization to maximize productivity across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor deliverable quality, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep Supply Chain and ERP programs on course.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops as an experienced Scrum Master, fostering collaboration across multiple teams.
• Engage stakeholders and senior management to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of meaningful experience in program or project management with a proven track record in enterprise delivery.
• Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple scrum teams using Scrum principles.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tooling (JIRA, Confluence, JQL, Dashboards) and Smartsheets.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) business processes and technical implementations.
• Experience driving integration-heavy enterprise programs involving multi-vendors and third-party systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe certified, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SCM transformations.
